Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Plastic container of pooled eggs was at 25 deg C. Operator indicated it was cooling and had been left out for 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Move item to cooler immediately. If this is observed again wtihout any time tracking, item will be discarded.

Observation: 1) Plastic tub of raw meat was stored above cut vegetables underneath.
2) Various containers of vegetables and other food items in upright coolers were uncovered.
Corrective Action(s): Move all raw meats and eggs to lower shelves in the coolers. Ensure all food items in coolers are covered.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on lids of plastic buckets (with various sauces/dry goods) in the dry storage room and on wooden shelving holding the buckets.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove all rodent droppings.
2) Sanitize all surfaces with mixture of bleach/water (1000ppm)
3) Get pest control visit immediately. Operator indicated they get monthly visits. Last report dated March 7th indicated there was activity and that sanitation needed to be addressed.
Correct by: Immediately (for removal of droppings and surface sanitizing) and within 1 day for contacting pest control

Observation: -Hole observed underneath dishwasher
-Backdoo has space underneath door frame that could allow rodent entry
