All coolers measured less than 4C Freezers measured -18C or colder Hot holding was measured above 60C General sanitation is very good Handsink is supplied with soap and paper towels Dishwasher final rinse measured 50ppm chlorine Quats sanitizer was available, but was measured very strong (800ppm) - bottle was diluted to 200ppm. Although Bulk bottle of sanitizer indicates it is ready to use 200ppm, it measured much stronger, 800ppm. Please dilute half and half when you fill the spray bottle.
