Follow up inspection for report# DSOG-B4LTW9:

- All handwashing stations (front/back) easily accessible. Ensure to keep these areas clear at all times.
- Milk wands adequately sanitized using QUAT solution at 200ppm every 5 mins. Ensure to follow your approved sanitation plan.
- Daily temperature log kept up to date.
- General sanitation of the kitchen was good at the time of the inspection. Recommend providing rubber mats.
- Valid FOODSAFE certificates collected at the time of the inspection. Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE certified staff is working at all times.
Note: The operator has proposed to partially cover the top of the pastry case. Ensure that all foods are adequately protected from contamination.
