- Kitchen handsink drainage plumbing has been repaired. Unit no longer leaks. - Required cleaning has been completed. Operator has also posted a revised cleaning schedule for staff to follow. Continue to work on maintaining a high level of sanitation throughout the premises at all times. - Pest control service report by Terminix dated November 24, 2017 reviewed. Service technician had removed 11 mice from interior traps. Additional traps have been placed as well as 3 entry points were identified and sealed at time of service. *Continue to follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.. *Continue to monitor pest activity - take corrective actions if new and/ or increased activity is noted. *Ensure all areas of the premises is accessible for pest control services. *Maintain a high level of sanitation throughout the premises to avoid potential pest attraction.
