Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Papertowels provided at handwashing stations not within dispenser units. Corrective Action(s): Ensure correct papertowel supplies are provided that are compatible with dispenser units.
