-Follow-up inspection to August 1, 2017.
-Did not observed foods being improperly cooled at the time of inspection. Foods in the walk-in cooler were probed at 4C.
-Tortilla maker is used in the morning and is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-Sanitizing solutions were available in the back and front of the facility. The facility is currently using bleach in the back and Quats in the front. Recommend using one or the other - accidental mixing may result in the formation of chlorine gas. Ensure all chemical containers are properly labelled and relabelled as needed.
-Walk-in cooler has been re-organized and raw meats are properly stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-One opened can of pineapples was found in the walk-in cooler from the morning. Ensure all canned items are transferred to food grade containers with proper covers once cans have been opened.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
