General sanitation - satisfactory.
Note: The pizza oven has to be cleaned from the food debris. Clean floor behind the prep.table with sink in the back of the kitchen from food debris).
Front handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
Three compartment sink - satisfactory (pins - available; set up with the sanitizer).
Single compartment prep. sink - available.
Front beverage cooler at 2.1 C;
Freezer - satisfactory.
Walk-in cooler at 3.6 C.
Sanitizer solution in spray bottle 100 ppm of Chlorine.
Front pizza hot holding unit at 61 C;
Front prep. pizza cooler: top at 4.0 C.
Food storage - organized.
Pest provider on site every month now. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Note: The plastic part for the cheese prep. equipment is broken again and duck taped.(Not easy to clean and sanitize.)
