Follow up inspection conducted: -Pizza oven conveyor belt has been cleaned and is now free of debris -Chest freezer has been removed from premises -Staff member (not onsite at time of inspection) has been registered for FoodSafe level 1 -Pizza hot holding unit was at 69 deg C at time of re-inspection -Owner was on site and is FoodSafe certified As discussed, any FoodSafe certificates issued prior to July 29/2013 will expire this year on July 29, 2018.
