- Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 4, 2023. - Old cooking equipment has been deep-cleaned. - All food/ingredients in dry storage area protected from contamination. - A pest control company has been onsite to re-seal holes in walls. Holes have been sealed with steel wool, according to staff, then covered with sticky pads. **Steel plates are recommended in place of the sticky pads. - Continue cleaning and disinfecting areas with any new mouse droppings on a daily basis. Look for possible new entry points and seal as needed. Continue with weekly pest control servicing. Contact an alternative pest control company if needed.
