Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. In use utensils stored in ice water. Ice machine in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is adequate. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 75.9C. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Work order is placed to fix the light bulb in a storage area. Health permit posted. Appropriate hand washing noted. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
