Corrective Action(s): Fix within 3 weeks. A door sweep was recommended, however other options are available as well. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Dishwasher is not working properly. Comments

-Dead mice found in a mouse trap. No droppings found outside this trap. Pest control is on a monthly contract and will be coming on site soon. Ensure that any holes are sealed. Provide the invoice after their next visit. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach solution available. General sanitation was satisfactory.
