Observation: - Surface temperature of freezer items read -2 to 7C at the beginning of the inspection
- Multiple coolers read 5-7C at the beginning of the inspection (Inspection conducted at 2:30pm, restaurant empty)
Corrective Action(s): Please have techincian service all the coolers and stand up freezer to ensure temperature is maintained at 4C and below at all times.

Observation: - Double door stand up fridge has two thermometers and both are not accurate. (1 reads colder than 0C, other one reads higher than 10C)
Corrective Action(s): Please acquire new thermometers for all the coolers to ensure accuracy of temperature monitoring.
