401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Soap dispenser was still not dispensing soap at the handwash station beside the staff's desk. As per staff, the soap dispenser was operating this morning. Unsure why it has stopped working. Corrective Action(s): Permanently fix the soap dispenser or purchase a stand alone soap dispenser pump to have available by the handwash station beside the staff's desk. It is unacceptable to have the soap dispenser working at one point then not work when needed. Liquid soap must be available at all time by all handwash station.
