Ramen station - previously cooked food product reheated on stove top burners. Potentially hazardous foods not stored at room temperature throughout kitchen. Wiping rags in use stored in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Bar - ice scoop stored in clean bin when not in use. Walk-in freezer - food inventory stored on shelving, off the floor. Required premise cleaning conducted throughout premise. Fruit fly activity greatly reduced at ramen station. Ensure daily cleaning is conducted to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Bar glass washer has been repaired - 25 ppm Iodine detected during sanitizing step.
