Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer observed to have not been properly cleaned and sanitized after use
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the slicer. Use soft bottle brushes to access hard to reach areas and use a flashlight to verify cleaning has been properly done.
