Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-B8GV5R:

CLOSURE order rescinded at the time of the inspection.

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at 45C at the plate's level.
- Chlorine test strips available to monitor the dishwasher. Ensure to monitor the sanitizer level everyday prior to using the dishwasher.
- Rewash and re-sanitize ALL plates, utensils, and other food contact surfaces. This is to ensure that these items have been adequately sanitized.
- General sanitation has improved. The areas cleaned include: upright cooler with sliding doors, floors underneath the prep tables/stovetop, fans used to cool dumplings.
- Food items adequately covered inside the prep coolers, upright cooler.
- Daily temperature logs are still missing. The operator must immediately begin daily temperature logs for ALL coolers, freezers. This is part of your Food Safety Plan.
