Observation: The ceiling light was still missing a light cover over the dishwashing area. The person in charge mentioned that they are looking to find a cover of appropriate size.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the light bulbs are encased in a shatterproof plastic cover and/or shatterproof sleeves within 3 months time.

Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks.
Walk-in-cooler and prep. cooler were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Thermometers were available inside the refrigeration units.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink and spray bottle.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
