Renovations completed. Update according to revised submitted plans. Premise is overall sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Mop sink located in here. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Equipment in good working order. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 2-compartment sink in use. 200+ ppm chlorine sanitizer solution in use in buckets - good. Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. Chemical test strips and logs available. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Holding units: Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -12C to -18C and below. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Approval to operate by Fraser Health issued.No concerns. Operator states all City requirements are met for renovations.
