Comments

Action related to the cleaning and general maintenance of this food premises must be improved. Repeated inspections by this office with same outstanding issues are a concern and may lead to progressive enforcement action from this office.
Available floor space is a problem for the proper cleaning and maintenance of facility. This has been noted as a barrier to proper cleaning in the past and may require physical changes to premises to remain open. Additional storage space may be a future condition of permit.
