Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food in pizza line cooler closest to the walk in kitchen measured approximately 8-10C.
Corrective Action(s): Move all foods to the working line cooler next to this cooler. Do not use this cooler until it is able to achieve and maintain 4C. Foods were moved to working coolers at the time of inspection.

1) Foods were stored without lids in the walk in cooler
2) Foods were left in the can after opening
Corrective Action(s):
1) Foods must be covered when in storage to prevent cross-contamination
2) Foods should be transferred to food safe containers to prevent leeching of chemicals from the opened tin into the food.
