Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution at 200 ppm, wiping cloths stored in solution. Quats is dispensed from the unit at the 3 compartment sink
- 3 compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- Cooler units at 4C or below
- Freezer units at -18C or below
- Hot held products at 60C or above
- Food is stored off ground and protected in safe manner
- Ice machine and scoops are clean
- All ice cream machines, blenders, and juicers are frequently cleaned
- No pest activity noted during inspection. Ongoing pest control company contract, visits monthly.

- General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory
- FOODSAFE certified operators on site
