Observation: Water/ liquid leaking onto floors in front of the soda dispenser. Liquid pooling inside the undercounter cover underneath the soda dispenser. Manager stated that the water is leaking from the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the ice machine. While fixing the ice machine, the machine should be turned off and ice drained. The ice machine should then be fully sanitized prior to operating it.

- Three compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red bucket/spray bottle at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
- Valid Operating Permit posted.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Walk in freezer = -18C
- Beverage cooler = 4C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log available and kept up to date.
