308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Water/ liquid leaking onto floors in front of the soda dispenser. Liquid pooling inside the undercounter cover underneath the soda dispenser. Manager stated that the water is leaking from the ice machine. Corrective Action(s): Fix the ice machine. While fixing the ice machine, the machine should be turned off and ice drained. The ice machine should then be fully sanitized prior to operating it. Correct by: One week. Violation Score: 3
