- Freezers were all - 18 C or colder - Temperature records are up to date - All items are prepackage - Samples have started, items are cooked and/or portioned in the back before taking up front to the customers - Hand sinks have liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Sanitizer for dishes and food contact surfaces was found to be 200 ppm quats - Chlorine bleach is also on site for sanitizing if needed.
