Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Food is covered, date-dotted, well organized, and stored off the ground.
- Reach in glass cooler at 2 degrees C
- Domestic coolers located on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors at 4 degrees C or less. Freezer units at -14 to -15 degrees C.
- Walk in freezer at -20 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Temperature logs available and up to date for cold holding and cooking. Dishwasher and sanitizer logs maintained.
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer measured 200 ppm in labeled buckets. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution. Quats test strips available.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 67 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface.
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition.
- Dry storage well organized. Audited sample of nutritional supplements within printed expiry dates.
- General sanitation excellent. No evidence of pest activity noted. Premises is serviced by a professional pest control company on a monthly basis.
