High temperature dishwasher: 73.3C at the plate. Two sanitizer spray bottles (bleach and water) about 100ppm Handwash station equipped with soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. No signs of pest activity during time of inspection. Temperature logs are being recorded daily.
