Pressure gauge on final rinse at dishwasher observed at approx 14 psi which is more accurately reflecting the correct rinse pressure as opposed to the previous inspection on January 5, 2023. Final rinse temperature on dishwasher tested at 72c (at plate level) Walk in cooler cold holding at <4c. Processed food items covered and dated Walk in freezer cold holding at <-18c Hot holding (Gravy) at >60c Hot holding units holding perishables at >60c Liquid soap and paper towels available at hand wash stations Quat sanitizer tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer buckets changed every 2 hours or earlier depending on the organic load. No pest problems observed
