Observation: No chlorine sanitizer was detected on utensils and dishware on the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): A final rinse of 50ppm chlorine is required on the dish surface on the final rinse cycle. Once chemical dishwasher has been serviced, rewash all utensils, equipment, and dishware.

Comments

-Double door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -10C.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods are rapidly cooled in the freezer and were probed at 4C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm.
-Scoops are stored in hot water and water is changed every hour.
-Foods properly stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 certificate valid until July 20, 2023.
-Facility has been issued a Public Health Act Closure Order for contravention of Section 17(2) of the Food Premises Regulation BC Reg 210/99. Conditions of the Order must be followed. Failure to comply with the Order is a punishable offense.
