Change of ownership - completed application and legal document submitted.
Food Safety Plan and sanitation plan available
Corporate taking over from franchise.
Permit fee payment, done by phone to billing dept.
No changes in floor plan or operation of business.
Inspection:
Hand sinks in kitchen area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm. Test strip available.
Cold holding units were at 4 C or below.
Freezer were at -18 C
Hot holding at 60 C or above.
Kitchen staff - foodsafe 1 trained.
Pest control in place. Note: Remove sticky fly strips above the dishwashing area. Consult with pest control contact for suitable control measures.
Temperature log available, however it was not current for today. Ensure to complete log daily.
General sanitation was ok. Staff currently conducting deep cleaning of premises. Ensure to follow sanitation schedule to maintain premises in sanitary condition.
