Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Prep cooler repaired and unit is operating at 2-3'C at this time. Thermometer available inside the unit.
-200ppm chlorine solution prepared in a labelled spray bottle. Ensure all kitchen staff are using this solution to sanitizer work surfaces throughout the shift.

NOTE: Spoke with the owner on phone. Reports to be hand delivered next week when the owner is on site.
