The following items have been corrected since last inspection: -->No food noted cooling at room temperature at time of visit -->No perishable items noted storing at room temperature -->Sanitizer container is half full for dishwasher. At least 50ppm noted on plate -->Handsink is kept clear of items and is accessible -->A bottom shelf is added to store all oil boxes off the floor -->Rodent droppings have been removed -->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition -->Cloth table liner is removed. Operator can look into rubber material to line table if necessary.
