Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Cooler <4'C; Freezer <-18'C.
-Operational practice remains unchanged. All foods pre-cooked and reheated in the oven daily just before served. No left overs kept for later use.
-Instruction regarding cooking food to the proper temperature and storing at the required temperature posted on wall for staff. Good.
-200ppm QUAT solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 81.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Serving area and storage area both in sanitary condition.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility very good at this time. Keep it up.
