Routine inspection: chai tea manufacturing.

Note: operation to expand into complex units 10 and 11. Submit for review floor plans for the units if production of chai tea to occur.

Hand sink leading to production area and portable hand sink in production room itself provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Acid sanitizer used to disinfect lines and tanks.
Warehouse area clean and organized.
Pest control services in place.
Product is pasteurized. Pasteurization logs available for review. Batch/production logs available for review. End product is shelf stable.
Product is still cooled then piped into tanker for transport to packaging company.

Unit #12 in complex also used for storage of some finished product in tetra paks. Pest control services in place.
