ITEMS CORRECTED:
1) Raw meat is stored far below ready to eat items such as garnishes and sprouts
2) Newspaper is not used as a food contact surface
3) Personal items are stored out of food processing areas and food storage areas.
4) Sanitizer solution is accessible for both front and back kitchen areas.
5) Cleaning has occurred
