Routine inspection of the Farm kitchen, market and bakery sections.

New epoxy floor has been installed in the kitchen. Good.
Hand washing station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
All staff wear hair nets and clean aprons.
Main produce walk-in cooler < 4 C.
Walk-in freezer at --19 degrees C.
Blast freezer at -29 degrees C.
Walk-in cooler in the market section< 4 C.
Chlorine bleach sanitizer in spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
Dishwasher reached 74.5 degrees C at the plate surface during final rinse.
Batch records are maintained for all preserved foods and baked goods produced on site.
No sign of pest(s) noted at the time of inspection.
General sanitation is satisfactory.

Following items require your attention:

1. Ensure that all equipment hanging bars above the work tables are cleaned regularly
2. Fly traps must be inspected weekly and glue strips should be changed as needed.
