Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on February 23, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and a review of facility documents. Licensing confirmed that staff use an inappropriate guidance technique at pick-up time. Therefore, a contravention to Child Care Licensing Regulation section 51(1)(a), Behavioural guidance, was determined. |
