Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the kitchen was obstructed with utensils stored in the sink basin. The operator immediately stored the utensils elsewhere and unobstructed the hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handwash sink is fully accessible and not obstructed in order to allow for hand washing.

Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary condition
-Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-Walk-in cooler was below 4C
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C
-The cutting/processing room was at an adequate temperature
-Equipment is cleaned every 3 hours right after processing.
-Storage was adequate and food items were stored above the ground
-3 compartment sink was used appropriately and chlorine sanitizer on-site
-Bucket with cloth in bleach solution achieved 100ppm
-No signs of pest activity. Pest control is scheduled monthly
