A routine inspection was conducted, due to ownership change:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezdrs -22C or colder; hot holding above 60C; thermometers present; temp recorded daily.
- H/W sinks stocked w/liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot + cold water
- Quats sanitizer in 3-comp sink 200ppm; [cl2] of cloth sanitizer was 100ppm
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups w/raw proteins below or separate from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or platforms
- No expired foods in use of for sale. FIFO being followed.
- FoodSafe certified, and/or equivalent certified, staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. Next professional cleaning of exhaust system in January 2022.
- No signs of pests
- The following items require correction:

1) The door of the McCafe milk cooler doesn't close tightly. Cold air is constantly leaking out. Repair or replace the door or door gaskets. Jan 15/22
2) There is built up ice on the bottom (exterior surface) of the wall mounted freezer. The melts and water drops onto food. Have the unit replaced or maintenanced to prevent ice building up. Jan 31/22
3) The grout between the floor tiles is slowly wearing away, in the dishwashing area. Repair this, so food + water doesn't accumulate in these areas. June 30/22
