As per their food safety plan these items must be time tracked. No time tracking was being done for any of these items at time of inspection.

Observation: No paper towel observed at the handwashing station in the kitchen. The paper towel dispenser does not work.
Make sure the handwashing Sink is fully equipped with papertowel, soap, and hot/cold running water at all times.
Get the paper towel dispenser fixed.

Observation: Food boxes and food containers (Paper cups) observed on the floor in the dry storage area.
One of the ceiling light in the dry storage area has no cover on it.
Do not put the food boxes on floor. Everything must be off the floor at all times.
Cover the missing light cover on one of the ceiling light in the storage area.

Observation: Food debris observed in the walk in freezer, in the dry Storage area, under the shelves in storage area.
Clean and Sanitize the above mentioned surfaces.
