Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty pan was left in the hand washing station at the kitchen area. This was obstructing the station.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave any utensils and pans in the hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Following observations were made:
1. Chemicals were observed to be stored beside bins of dry goods near the back entrance. No leakage or contamination observed.
2. Single-use bowl was left inside a broth container. Bowl was used to scooping out the broth.
Both observations are repeated violations.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Chemicals must be stored away from food. Move the chemicals away immediately.
2. Discard the single-use bowl. Obtain food-grade scoop or ladle for scooping out food.

Observation: 1. Hot water faucet at the hand washing station near the exhaust canopy was not working properly and can not be switched to turn on hot water.
2. Hand soap dispenser for the bar area hand washing station had fell off. Single use paper towels missing from this hand washing station.
Correction: 1. Service / fix the hot water faucet to ensure hot water is provided at this station. Correct by: today.
2. Re-install the hand soap dispenser and stock single-use paper towels. Ensure hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. today.

Follow-up inspection:
- Ice scoop stored separately from ice at the bar area.
- Vegetable presser, container for storing utensils and blender maintained in sanitary condition.
- Knife not stored in cracks between 2 coolers.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available at bar and kitchen area.
- Soap dispenser installed at the bar area hand washing station. Paper towels available.
- Hot water faucet at hte back kitchen area fixed and working properly.
- Observed staff washing hands at the time of inspection.
