Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Some foods were past their best before dates:
4x 380mL jars of Classico Bruschetta Sauce

Corrective Action(s): Items noted above discarded at the time of inspection. Ensure that best before dates and expiry dates are checked often. Please be aware that some foods have noted expiry dates for later this week.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Sandwich display cooler closest to the post office measured 57.7F by probe thermometer, and 7C according to the cooler's display.
- Foods measured approximately 10C-15C at the time of inspection.
- Temperature logs for the unit measured 38F earlier in the day (taken at 6am and 10am).
- Repair cooler so that the foods within are able to maintain 4C/40F or colder
- Temperature seems to reach 4C/40F in the very back of the cooler, but not the front where most foods are stored
Corrective Action(s):
- Move all potentially hazardous foods to the back of the unit where the temperature is 4C/40F
- Monitor temperature closely
- If the temperature of the foods itself do not drop to 4C/40F within the hour, move all the potentially hazardous foods to working cooling units until cooling unit is repaired

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer for food contact surfaces not available by front cooking area. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): There must be sanitizer at the cooking area at the front at all times. Staff found bottle and placed it at the front at the time of inspection.
