Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. No hot-holding at time of inspection. Wiping cloth sanitizer and spray sanitizer both measure 200 ppm Cl. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured 71 C. No recommendations.
