Wine area has been added to the store. High temp dishwasher installed. Final rinse temperature reached 78.9 deg C at plate surface. Sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Provide a holder for the paper towels. - Submit a revised floor plan of the store that includes the wine area. Dairy walk-in cooler still to be cleaned. Power washing of the floor may be required.
