Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer not being used on food contact surfaces where produce is packaged.
- Quats sanitizer at 2 compartment sink in meat/produce area was empty.
- Bleach present; however not in use.
Corrective Action(s): - Manager prepared bleach sanitizer solution at time of the inspection. Sanitizer solution must be used on food contact surfaces. Ensure all staff are trained.

Comments

- General sanitation was satisfactory in store area. Ensure clutter is minimized in back areas
- Handsink in meat/produce area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Manager reported meat is no longer packaged on-site. Area is only used for produce.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) *Ensure products are not stocked over the product fill mark to ensure adequate air circulation and cooling.
- Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state.
- Food items are stored off of the floor.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
