Observation: Dust build up noted on vent hood baffles. Service sticker for professional cleaning is missing. Manager recalls last professional cleaning was during December.
Corrective Action(s): Remove baffles, clean and sanitize to prevent potentially contaminating food.

Recommend to include vent hood cleaning as part of your sanitation routine.

General:
> Front hand sink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. See violation 401 regarding back hand sink.
> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 72C at the plate.
> 200ppm QUATS solution is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Test strips have been ordered.
> Overall food storage is acceptable. Facility has recently purchased a second shelving rack to increase storage space.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection. Pest control services provided by Orkin every month.
