Monitoring logs being maintained. *Processed food items ie cut vegetables that are not used the same day (stored inside the walk in cooler) to be labelled as to the date when they were processed. Exhaust canopy clean and being maintained. Next service date is in March 2023 Dishwasher at 79c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
