Comments

Facility has undergone thorough deep cleaning and has been serviced by pest control professional. Pest report reviewed: new entry/exit holes discovered and filled (7X) and new multi catch traps set throughout the facility. Operator has contracted pest control to service the facility twice weekly for the coming weeks, and will change to once a week if it is confirmed that catch counts are decreasing. All areas of concern noted in previous inspection checked: areas have been cleaned and sanitized, all dishware and steam baskets had been cleaned and sanitized. Excess equipment from the dishwashing area has been removed New plastic containers with lids have been purchased for foods and equipment throughout the premises. Aluminium foil lining shelves in the dimsum area have been removed Soda wands at the bar has been cleaned and sanitized Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized Contaminated ice and foods have been discarded Sanitizer spray bottles were available throughout the facility and tested 100 ppm chlorine Walk-in cooler sliding door to be repaired within 1 month Some minor cleaning required behind AV equipment in bar and behind bar glasswasher.
