Observation:
THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION FOR THE PAST 3 ROUTINE INSPECTION AND THIS FOLLOW UP INSPECTION.
Two staff members were present at time of inspection but neither had FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. One staff member was present for the previous routine inspection last month and still does not have certification.

As stated in the previous routine inspection, if at any point no staff is found to have FOODSAFE certification, it will result in an immediate correction order.

CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED.
Corrective Action(s):
Any staff that will be working alone must have their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Sign up staff who will be working alone for the very next FOODSAFE Level 1 course and have proof of registration available. To be corrected by December 20, 2017.

In the operator's absence, at least one staff member must have their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification during operation. A Violation Ticket will be issued immediately if none of the staff have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification during operation.
