Follow up inspection conducted to ensure violations noted at routine inspection have been corrected: Code 302 - Corrected. In use wiping cloths stored in bleach sanitizer solution. Solution measured 200ppm chlorine. Facilities/supplies present for manual dishwashing. Manager and additional staff member on duty knowledgeable about manual dishwashing steps (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry) and sanitizer being used. Code 306 - Corrected. Cleaning had not been completed sufficiently prior to inspection as debris was still present. Completed at time of the inspection. Note: Store Manager reported renovation is planned for premises. Ensure plans are submitted for review and approval is received prior to any renovations/alterations being made.
