Ownership change; new owner is still offering herbal hookah and tea but no vaping products.

Handwash station at tea room, two compartment sinks and washroom has soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
Disposable mouthpieces available
Herbal hookah onsite; no cut fruits
Tea bags used and dispensed in paper cups only; no milk/cream offered only rock sugar
Pre-packaged hershey's chocolate provided
Adequate lighting and sanitation
Pop cooler is at 4 deg. C; small cooler @ 3 deg. C with thermometer.
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection.
Dishwasher is still absent; discussed with owner that Health Approval is required before making any structural or menu change. No potentially hazardous food at this time.
Health Application and handwash signs provided to owner.
Certificate of Incorporation (copy) collected.
