General sanitation satisfactory. 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Manual warewashing procedures reviewed with staff. Procedures were satisfactory. Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer noted at 200ppm. Under counter cooler noted at 4C or below. Freezers (standing, 2 chest units, 3 display units) noted at -18C or below. Daily temperature logs in place for cooler and freezers. Dipper wells with cold running water noted in sanitary condition and not in use at the time of inspection. Ice cream machine cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours when in use. Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Food storage satisfactory. Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. Washroom equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
